Position: Service Manager

Purpose: The purpose of this role is to provide effective and motivated leadership for the Central Region Service business unit. A key focus will be the development of business opportunities throughout the Central Region, especially in the Suva marketplace to ensure we have sufficient workload to meet current and future budget expectations. Understand our client’s requirements and the scope of their current contracts as it relates to your area of responsibility.
Qualification:
- Minimum of 10 years management experience in HVAC and refrigeration field.
- Relevant professional or technical tertiary qualifications
- Ability to review (scope and price) air conditioning and refrigeration works.
Experience and key Specific Skills
- Proven experience in managing an air conditioning and refrigeration trade service and installation team with a passion for delivering high quality customer satisfaction at all times
- You will lead, supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the Service function in the central division.
- Managing, motivating and organising the Service Team to ensure the delivery of timely and high quality technical and mechanical support to customers.
- Daily interaction and connection with our valued customers and staff and all job management.
- Awareness and management of labour productivity & recoveries and be able to summarise through reporting, when required.
