Position: Service Supervisor – Western (Nadi Based)

Purpose:
- To actively manage all service jobs in a safe and secure manner, taking cognisance of the Group’s focus on safety as the first priority in all operations. Utilise best practice procedures, SOPs and enabling tools as and when available from time to time.
- To supervise, coordinate, facilitate, actively participate and provide direction in the day-to-day operations of field staff undertaking installations, programming, maintenance and service work on a vast range of commercial, industrial and residential electrical projects.
- To design, cost and quote specified service jobs.
- Managing service jobs to ensure optimized achievement and compliance with project specifications and project performance methodology of the Group.
- Manage customer expectation and ensure execution of variations and delivery within the specifications of the service jobs.
- Assist the regional Manager and Service Manager with the supervision of resources, staff and systems required for the successful delivery of all projects.
- To build strong long-term relationships with our customers ensuring they see Aquaheat as a preferred supplier with excellent customer service and technical support
Roles and Responsibility:
- Supervise and/or undertake projects in the domestic, commercial and industrial environments ensuring all installations meet the highest quality industry standards and comply with all applicable legislative and Company policies.
- Manage and supervise projects / staff / contractors and resources.
- Manage the day-to-day operational field staff including the management of work schedules and staff rosters.
- Provide technical support to field staff.
- Manage vehicle use and servicing requirements.
- Assist and support Management in the timely preparation of operational and monthly reporting as required.
- Work closely with Management to satisfactorily resolve all customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Be prepared to be involved in the On-Call Roster.
- Demonstrate a willingness to contribute to the achievements of the team by working diligently and safely.
- At all times ensure safety is paramount and compliant with legislation and Company policies and maintain a safe working environment and demonstrate a commitment to excellence, continuous learning, and customer service.
- Complete documentation for the job ensuring that all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain all plant and equipment, ensuring good working order and appropriate safety checks carried out.
Qualification:
- Trade qualification in HVAC and refrigeration
- Current Fiji Drivers Licence
Experience and Skills:
- 5-10 years of hands-on experience in HVAC and refrigeration
- Experience in supervision of service jobs, customer interaction and problem solving
- Good knowledge and practice of OHS regulations
